How this works
Part of the treasury's 20% goes back into $ARTERIAL. A keeper buys a fixed amount on the open market every few hours, the same way anyone would, and sends what it receives to the dead address.
The loop spends from a wallet of its own, topped up in small amounts, so the most it could ever lose is what is sitting in that wallet. Every buy and every burn is a public transaction you can check on Blockscout.
